We warmly welcome civic organizations, nonprofits and tour groups to

one of the only Doll Museums in New England!

We are Closed:

The Fryeburg Historical Society has closed for the 2024 season. This includes the Osgood House Museum, The Ham Research Library and The Hazel and Owen Currier Doll Museum.  The museum will reopen in Spring 2025

Groups are welcome to schedule private visits

Please email Director Sally Whitaker at Whitaker9244@roadrunner.com to schedule a private showing during our seasonal hours. We also book private showings of The Col. Samuel Osgood House which is furnished with antiques, vintage clothing, art, more dolls and a research library. Let us know how we can make your visit educational and enjoyable!

A visit to the Currier Doll Museum, with antique furniture and vintage dresses on loan from the Historical Society, is a unique experience. We have something for everyone!

Bus tours are welcomed and there is plenty of off road parking at both sites.  We encourage combining the two sites for a tour and are happy to work around a “tour schedule.”

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT AT ALL TIMES
